How to delete your data

You can remove ProfitDay's access and delete your data at any time. Deletion is complete within 30 days.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in at app.profitday.app.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account. You can export your data first.
3. Confirm. We delete your account, all connected stores' data, ad data and access tokens.

Remove one store

Uninstall ProfitDay from that store in your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps and sales channels). Shopify then asks us to delete that store's data, and we do.

Disconnect an ad platform

In ProfitDay, go to Ad spend and choose Disconnect next to the connection. We stop syncing and delete its access token.

You can also remove ProfitDay on the platform itself:

• Facebook / Meta: on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select ProfitDay and choose Remove.
• Google: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select ProfitDay and choose Remove access.
• TikTok: in TikTok Ads Manager, remove ProfitDay from your authorised apps.

Removing access on the platform stops new data from reaching ProfitDay. To delete the spend data we already stored, disconnect it in ProfitDay or email us.

Ask us to delete your data

Email contact@profitday.app from the address you use to sign in, and write "Delete my data". We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
